Tulsa Ruby Workshop

April 23rd, 2008

Yah, I know it’s not PHP, but the Ruby guys are so wacky I can’t help but point out they are putting on a great event this weekend.

On Saturday from 10-4 at Hardesty Library the first ever Tulsa Ruby Workshop is taking place and there should be lots of great speakers and cool things to learn about. At the very least you can hang out, eat pizza, and poke fun at Brad.

See http://tulsarubyworkshop.com/ for details.

Great Meeting

April 3rd, 2008

Big thanks to Brad for the great presentation. CodeIgniter obviously has done a lot of things right and I really like his best of both worlds approach. If anyone has topic ideas for up coming meetings or would like to volunteer a presentation please leave a note in the Google mailing list.
